These are just a few highlights of what is new with Indian Overseas Bank. With all these changes, the bank has also simplified all the other normal banking activities such as getting an IOB mini statement, fund transfer, paying bills, etc. It’s quite easy to get a mini statement. There are different options offered by the bank. First, let’s try to get a glimpse of what a mini-statement is.
Mini Statement
A mini statement is a document which contains details of last 5 to 10 transactions. Customers can check their account balance through it. It will contain the account information, transaction details, transaction reference number, timestamps and the remaining balance. If you want to know the transaction details for a longer duration, you can download a bank statement instead of a mini statement. For instance, if you have a J&K bank account , you can get a JK bank statement through Internet banking or mobile banking service.
